Arman Prescott started with Advanced DataTools in January 1999 and was our first Senior Database Consultant to move to Denver. He has supported our projects with the Bureau of Land Management in developing and supporting the Collections and Billing System, which manages over a billion dollars in revenue for over 21 years.
